Wearing OPEN side pipes via electric cut-outs along with x-piped Flowmaster 2.5 inch catted street system.
Also the brakes show well behind the 17x8.5 and 18x9.5 wheels.....wearing 245 and 275 tires....hood is now CAI and hot air vented.

This is one of many examples why I built a ford mustang.

Congrats on your build.

If I ever check off my bucket list item to run Pikes, maybe we can run my SBF powered mustang vs your SBC powered mustang.

Bucket FUN accepted! I am putting this together to USE! Been a long time since I auto crossed and am excited. (Not since the 90s at 2nd Creek)(7 kids more important) A run or 2 at Bandimere is gonna happen too!
I'm lookin at around 375whp for the first year or two.
Shake down year. Powder coat and paint year. THEN I want to get closer to 500whp the 3rd year. THIS IS MOSTLY a street car after all.
Thanks for the comments and interest.

Nice!
I built mine for CMC Extreme, but they not coming to PNW now.
I have mine licensed and insured since first start up.
She made 694hp @ 7500rpm
And 514flb @ 6000rpm
on Holbrook's engine dyno.

I have mine de-tuned down from a Patrick tuned 4500 to a Patrick tuned 4100.
With warmed racing slicks, she still tries to kill me in 3rd gear 80mph punch.

500hp is a tall order...
What cylinder heads you looking at?
Is this a 383ci setup?

Not yet. Good low mileage donor car....350. Time comes it will get bigger. I really like the AFR LT1 heads. Know 2 guys with them.... Drive it this season and come fall it will come apart for paint and powder coat.
Thanks for the interest and the kind words.

Plan....lol..... Is for

TrickFlow heads, camshaft and a small centrifugal supercharger. I don't think I can get to 500 without EITHER a monster camshaft or a supercharger....so....plans do change.
This is the cold air intake system to the hood scoop.
