transmission and rear end fluids

I just picked up a 93 LX, rebuilt 302 and 5 speed. it has the 8.8 rear end. I wanted to go and replace all the fluids to make everything's all good with the car. I'm not sure what fluids i should use for my transmission and rear end. It's my first mustang and i want to make i take proper care of it

awesome thank you. did Ford use the same transmissions for all the models with the 5speed? I heard somebody talking about the Tremoc 5speed and I wanted to be sure on that

From the TREMEC site: For all TKO 5-speed models, TREMEC recommends TREMEC HP-MTF, GM Synchromesh™ or Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF. For all other aftermarket models, we recommend Dexron III ATF
