Lowering springs

It is fairly easy…don't get hit with the spring. You may not need a spring compressor if the control arm drops enough. Make sure you get dampers to match the new springs or it will tear your car apart.
 
Fronts are easy jack up the car put a jack under the control arm unbolt the strut and sway bar and let the jack down slowly, swap springs and reverse steps.
