TRX B Tires Mounted and Ready for Install

I finally got my tires from Michelin last week. I ordered them in February. I had them mounted yesterday and plan to get them on the car this week. This is the first time in 30 years those wheels have had tires on them. TRX 190/65 390 tires are only sold by Cooker Tire and they are only produced once a year in France.

Those look super sharp. I'm surprised that tire size is still made by anybody. Congratulations on getting the set together!

Michelin is the only tire manufacturer who makes it and Coker is the only US tire outlet who carries them. You have to get on a waiting list to get them. I waited 3 months

I got the fronts installed last night. Planning on installing the rears tonight.

Those look great. I think those are some of the best wheels out there for a 4 eye Foxbody.

Thanks! I always liked them but the tires were so much more expensive back in the day. This time they weren’t much more than a set of 20” Michelins for my explorer.

All 4 wheels and tires are on and center caps are installed. I did a 3 step cut, buff and polish on the paint and it came back to life pretty good. It has a lot of dings and. Scratches in it and a few places I’m going to have to spot sand and prime/paint but I’m pretty happy with it. Getting the front alignment done Monday.

The final product after 4 months of work. Feels great have it back on the road after 15 years in the garage.
