Power Locks 93 GT

Hello Everyone any insight would be appreciated
Power locks
Issue: will not actuate
Have power at switch and connector.
Replaced actuators still inoperable.

Is there a relay I should look for?
Had alarm at one time possibly remote entry. Is there anything that should be looked at here?
