Totally dead

Hi All
The starter on my 86 LX 5.0 recently stuck on, so I installed a new solenoid, ignition switch, and ignition relay in the column, car is now totally dead with 14 volts at the battery. Can't even get headlights.. Any ideas?

Check the ground strap connection from the engine to the firewall. In general, check all ground connections for corrosion
