Quarter Glass Seal Care

What have you found to be the best thing to use on quarter glass seals on the hatchback? What keeps it shiny and preserves it best?. Had mine replaced and want to keep them from dry rotting, pitting, etc. I never found anything that lasted very long when I still had the original glass./seals. Thanks.

I use AT 205 Re Seal on all of my rubber pieces and it works amazing.
