MSD 6al

I have a 1988 GT with an MSD 6al that I want to delete. I’m also switching the coil back from an MSD to an OEM Ford coil. What all do I need to do to delete the MSD box?

Unplug everything related to the msd and just plug the stock coil connector back to any tfi style coil by thy driver side strut tower.

Does it still have the oem distributor with the tfi module on it?

Thanks for the advice. The original owner was planning on using the Mustang for autocross but lost interest in the car. I’m bought it for cruising and car shows. The engine is stock except for Ford Motorsport headers.
