Low Voltage

i replaced voltage regualtor and now its showing 11v. havent had the issue since i did a tune up on it. i have voltage going to alternator but only 11.5v coming out. anyone have ideas
 
What year is your car? And are you referring to the factory alternator? 79-86 (or was it 85?) were the early style with the vr mounted on the passenger inner fender. Later models had the vr on the alternator itself. Which do you have?
