ECM issue still?

Have a 91 GT. GT40 build on a 302. Ran fine a couple weeks ago. Went to start it and battery was dead. New battery and it then had the endless priming of the fuel pump. Looked up a bunch of forums and everyone said ecm was issue and to replace capacitors. Replaced all 3. Which were all bad and now It still won’t start. What else could it be??

No, I ended up sending it to ecu exchange. Haven’t received it back but they said the power supply was bad and some other things. I’ll let ya know if it works when I get it back from then
