I have an 87 GT that I am starting the restoration process. The car is currently an empty shell. No running gear or interior of any kind. I have purchased an 89 LX 2.3 donor car and have a few questions about it. I purchased the car to use the interior because it is complete and in great shape. My question is will I be able to use everything behind the dash on the GT car? Like the dash harness and ac/heater core box
Also my GT car is currently manual windows and mirrors and the donor car is power everything. Is it just a matter of swapping out the regulators and wiring harness to convert my doors to power? I don't want to swap the doors on the car because the donor cars doors are beat up pretty bad.
