I am rebuilding a 302 and an 83 Fox body GT mustang and we just had the heads milled I need to know what length pushrods I need to replace with it and what is a good combination of pushrod and rocker arm assembly

The best suggestion is to do the valve geometry measurement to find the correct pushrod length.

I would not trust anyone just throwing a length suggestion to you considering only you will know what your true block deck height measures to, then there's how much the machinist removed off the deck surface.

Your rocker ratio will also come into play with clearances in the pushrod hole.

I suggest you research "proper valvetrain geometry" and follow the instructions you are most comfortable with.
You will need a few simple, inexpensive tools to do this.

Good luck
