tyres for 17" wheels

hi guys,

I'm changing my wheels with 17". what size of tyres can I put instead of 225/60X15 ?
I'm looking for 245/45X17, but I would like to give a little rake, so what dimension for rear without modifiing inside of rear fenders ?
