I made a rear brake conversion to disc, but the pedal stay low. Brake pump, booster and rear caliper are new. I bleed the lines couple of times but the pedal stay low. Any suggestions, I will appreciate.

Does the pedal feel firm? Does it stop ok or no?

Stop but at the very bottom.

Did you bleed the master cylinder separately before bleeding at each wheel?
