I know a few sites like cjs pony parts and American muscle but I'd like to know if anyone knows any other sites that I could use thanks for the help in advance

you probably already know LMR (Late Model Restoration) .

For restoration parts I like LMR above and Fox Mustang Restoration (FoxResto.com)
For Performance... there are thousands out there. In addition to LMR, American Muscle, CJ Pony parts, and Fox Resto, I also buy from the below.

Summit Racing (misc)
Jegs Racing Equipment (misc)
Brothers Performance aka BBK (misc)
Modify My Stang (misc)
Maximum Motorsports (suspension)
Team Z (suspension)
Wildrides Race Car (suspension)
Racecraft (suspension)
UPR (suspension)
Harwood (body)
Cervinis (body)
and also local and Mustang forums classifieds
