I figured I'd share this with you all. We are in the middle of doing a full rebuild on my dads race car. It was a HCI 302 with a c4, ran mid 12s. He raced it that way for 15 years, never even pulled the valve covers. Well when I started rebuilding the beast he decided he wanted to build his dream car. So we've been hard at work on it ever since!

10 point cage installed:

Front suspension, AJE chromoly k member and a arms, strange 10 ways with team z coilovers/cc plates, aerospace drag brakes:

Car prepped for paint, I'll save you the progress pics on this but let's just say it was a LOT of work!

Car back from paint! The color is a Lexus indigo pearl, a deep metallic blue pearl color. The pictures don't do it justice, it's gorgeous!

Anyway the plans for the car are a 521 BBF with a Rons terminator mechanical alcohol injection system, powerglide trans, keeping the beefed up 8.8 that it already had. Baseline rear suspension, full lexan with the exception of the rear hatch window, running on a 28/10.5" slick. Car should be knocking on the 8 second door when it's all said and done
