3.8l conversion to carburated 302

I have a 1986 mustang Lx with the 3.8l motor. I am currently putting a 302 carburetor motor in the car and was wondering what essential things I needed to change other than the obvious rear , suspension and motor mounts ? Thanks everyone I appreciate it
